Dubrovnik → Kotor
Pickup at Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) or your hotel in the city, dropped at your door anywhere on the bay.

Private transfer · Croatia → Montenegro
From your Dubrovnik hotel or the airport to your door on the Bay of Kotor — border crossing handled, stops in Perast or Herceg Novi if you like, and a price fixed before you travel.
The road follows the coast south past Cavtat and Dubrovnik Airport to the Croatia–Montenegro border at Karasovići – Debeli Brijeg. From there it drops down to Herceg Novi and runs around the Bay of Kotor through Risan and Perast — one of the most beautiful drives in the Adriatic, so a stop or two is worth it.
Without queues the drive takes about an hour and three quarters. The border is the variable: off-season it’s usually quick, but on summer days the queue can add an hour or more at peak times. An early start is the best trick I know.
Everyone in the car needs their own passport or valid ID, children included. Croatia is in the Schengen area, so travellers from outside the EU are registered in the EU’s Entry/Exit System at the border — allow a little extra time on your first crossing.

| Bus | The cheapest — fixed departures between bus stations, same border queue |
| Seasonal catamaran | In recent summers a passenger catamaran has run on selected days — check if it’s operating on your dates |
Ways to book it
Arriving in Dubrovnik, leaving from it, or just visiting for the day — the same driver and the same fixed-price promise.

Pickup at Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) or your hotel in the city, dropped at your door anywhere on the bay.

Timed around your flight or ferry, with a realistic buffer for the summer border queue.
Staying on the bay? Spend a full day on the walls and in the old harbour, and be driven back for dinner.

About 1 hour 45 minutes of driving for roughly 80 km, plus time at the border. Off-season that’s usually short; on busy summer days, allow an hour or more extra.
There’s no year-round ferry. In recent summers a seasonal passenger catamaran has run on selected days, so it’s worth checking for your dates — otherwise the road is the way, by bus, car or private transfer.
Yes. Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) is on the way to the border, so it’s a natural arrival point for the Bay of Kotor. Send your flight number and the pickup follows your landing time.
Yes — tell me when you book. A coffee stop in Herceg Novi or half an hour on the Perast waterfront fits easily into the trip.
You can, but with the border both ways it’s a long day. If you have the time, one night on the bay lets you see Kotor early, before the crowds.
